Molly kept in touch regularly to advise us of where the car was up to (and after delivery) - she seemed genuinely disappointed she wasn't in work when we took delivery but another member of the team showed us through all the controls.

See above. However, my dissatisfaction was with the service at the BMW service site, and not the service team at Halliwell Jones, who rectified the problem.
Good product knowledge, allowed time to digest info and ask questions. Kept informed of progress, vehicle delivered ahead of expectations. All staff encountered very polite and well informed.

Incredible. We were made to feel welcome the moment we walked into the dealership. It was very busy due to Black Friday, yet everybody had a smile. No avoiding the customer. Clearly we were valued.
my mini came in with a faulty drivers heated seat. The mechanics couldnt tell the difference between between the drivers and the passenger seat. Fault solved , receptionist Amy very helpfull and apologetic on garage behalf.

As already mentioned, we have had excellent service all the way through buying my new Mini Countryman from all the people we have dealt with, especially Oliver but also Liam and Marcus.
All work was carried out as quoted and well within the 90 minute timescale
Although it is a bit far from my home they looked after us very well. They suggested we spent a couple of hours in the nearby garden centre while they carried out the necessary work which was longer than initially anticipated.

I didnt feel that the service I received upon booking my car in was your usual friendly, professional manner. In fact the man I actually booked the initial service in with was very stand offish and abrupt!
