Silmilar to my lady answer I have lost trust because of my more recent issues
Car was serviced and 2 new tyres. Cost of tyres was almost double elsewhere and after a few days one started to deflate. I had to take time off work to return to garage who said it was faulty valve. Tyre deflated again due to poor sealing.!
It was a surprise to be offered a free service on the anniversary of buying it. Also the valeting.

Make it easy
The service experience was very good. There was only one thing that let it down. Someone had coated the outer part of the tyres with some blackening agent, which had splashed all over the bodywork and outer plastics of the car.

Satisfied with the process and the turnaround time but disappointed to hear that the musty smell from the Air Con is not covered, even though the car has done only 2,000 miles.
Problems that arose with my mini were promptly dealt with by calling as soon as they were noticed so I had my car back asap...
